1.EZ Ropeless Tail Threading

2.EZ jet Tail Cutter

  EZ Jet tail cutter is more efficient and reliable than traditional saw or knife tail cutters. It can cut all grades, all speeds, in open draws, against a canvas or against a dryer cylinder. It uses high pressure water up to 1,500 bar to cut a clean sharp edge for the tail. The dual nozzle ensure that no time is lost should a nozzle be plugged or a flexible hose be leaking.

3.EZ jet Turn Up

  EZ Jet Turn Up Water Jet Reel System is designed to reduce paper losses at the bottom of each parent roll and to improve turn up efficiency.  This is accomplished by using two (2) water jets, which cut a tail on the reel drum that is picked up by the new spool while the  jets widened the sheet to full width.  The complete turn up process takes well under 1 second.  The system is well suited for grades from Tissue, packaging, special paper to heavy coated boards with speeds up to 2,000 m/min.
  With its excellent parent reel start you will reduce your bottom waste and in turn increase productivity.  You can expect a 2 – 3 % gain in overall production by minimizing your bottom losses, together with a higher operation safety.

4.EZ eco Smart Cleaner , (available for Forming Wire and Press Felt)

  EZ eco Smart Cleaner is a unique wire cleaner designed specifically for the most demanding applications where wire loops are short, speeds are high, and high cleaning efficiency is a must.  The gap former fabric has a short loops and operate at a very high speed making the cleaning much more challenging thus requiring very most effective cleaning technology.

  EZ eco Cleaner is a high performance and high efficiency cleaning system for all types of dryer fabrics. Its unique design ensures the optimum cleaning of the dryer fabric with the most efficient removal of the contaminants and water using the lowest energy consumption in eco mode.

EZ eco Cleaner system consists of the following main components:
