Forming Fabric Guide
The ELGUIDE SK (1) is the best linear air cylinder
guiding system available with optimum vibration damping. It
features a variety of fabric edge sensors: the traditional
pneumatic palm (6), ElectroPalm or the revolutionary OptoPalm,
non-contact infrared sensor system (7).
Options include: Easy doctor blade
mounting, manual lateral adjustment and automatic
controlled fabric oscillation.
Fabric Run-Off Alarm
The E+L run-off alarm (10) is a simple mechanical
paddle with one or two proximity contacts that signal when the
wire is out of position. The alarm signal may be interfaced to
meet the customers output needs.
Forming Fabric Tension Control
The lever arm ELSTRETCHER SP (4) with an optional PD
tension measuring support (5) can accurately maintain a pre-set
